Welcome to the Real Property Lister's office. The duties of this office are to maintain ownership and assessment information for all of Bayfield County's 28 municipalities, as well as assist the Land Records Department in updating our mapping system. It's also where the Real and Personal Property Tax Statements are printed. If you have not received your tax bill by the 1st of January, please contact this office or your municipal Treasurer.
If you have a change of address, please contact this office. Include your parcel number or a brief description of your property (i.e., section, township, range, etc.).
