Lake Superior Shoreline Setback Ordinance to be reviewed by Planning and Zoning
At the July 26, 2011 County Board meeting the board tabled action on a proposed ordinance that would change setbacks on Lake Superior parcels. The ordinance was the result of several years of study and research by the Department in collaboration with researchers with the University of Wisconsin.
