Payment & Balances
You can now access your Child Support Information online. The Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund (WI SCTF) now provides information on payments made, payments received and current balances. You can also obtain a direct deposit form to print off and mail in. The Child Support Online Services (CSOS) is updated every night. With this online system, you can review and print your payment history, update your address and phone number, and print payment coupons.

All payments must include the PIN for the person ordered to pay support. If you don’t know your PIN, please contact your local child support agency.
The WI SCTF offers two payment methods: direct deposit or child support debit card (check card). If you do not apply for direct deposit, you will be sent a debit card when the first payment is received.
You can now make child support payments by debit or credit cards; go to GovPay.
Beginning January 8, 2020, the child support agency will be seeing clients at the 63 Storage building located at 43050 State Hwy 63, Cable, Wisconsin. There is a confidential meeting room where a staff member can access your case electronically and answer any questions you have and receive payments.
