2021-2022 Season

drop off dates

The following dates and times have been set for winter storage drop off

Saturday, October 9 from 10 am - 2 pm
Sunday, October 10 from Noon - 2 pm

Saturday, October 16 from 10 am - 2 pm
Sunday, October 17 from Noon - 2 pm

If you are unable to drop-off your item(s) at one of the above scheduled times, you will need to make special arrangements by calling 715.373.3493 - additional fees may be incurred.

DEPOSITS - due at pick up times

Individuals who stored items at the fairgrounds last year and would like to retain their spot(s) must pay for their deposits at pick up time. A $50 deposit per item stored for the upcoming 2022-2023.  Checks should be made payable and mailed to The Bayfield County Fair and mailed to the address listed below.

For those with deposits, Winter Storage Agreements & Payments are due by September 20, 2021 at the Bayfield County Fair Office located in Washburn, WI. For those without deposits, Winter Storage Agreements and Payments are due By September 1, 2021. Please make your checks or money orders payable to the Bayfield County Fair and mail to:
