Food Safety Manager Certification Classes

We offer both the Food Safety Manger Certification and the Recertification classes.   Classes are usually offered twice a year in the spring and fall.   Both classes are accepted by the State of Wisconsin for their Food Manager Certification.   If you need a class or your certification is going to expire, contact Anne or Michelle at (715) 373-6109 and ask to be put on our waiting list.   When we schedule the next set of classes, we'll be sure to send you a registration form.   We are also available to teach a specialized class at your location provided there are enough people.

  • Date:  Dec 2nd and Dec 9th
  • Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
  • Cost:  $120 for Course and Exam;  $60 for Exam only
