Flood Summary

Heavy rains across northern Wisconsin this summer caused flash flooding leading to numerous road closures. Road conditions may continue to change (closures/openings). Please check back for updates.

View the new Road Closures Map. This map shows the roads/sections of roads that are currently closed.

PLEASE NOTE: There are still some roads with loose gravel fills, patches, shoulders eroded, and areas being repaired. Please drive carefully around these areas and SLOW DOWN when driving through areas of road construction.

If you have experienced damage to personal property – homes, vehicle, driveway, etc. – please call 2-1-1. They will be gathering information and attempting to match needs to resources.

Beaches

Beach sampling has ended as of Labor Day weekend.

Trails

Some trails and routes remain closed due to flood damage. See updated conditions and a map of the closures on the ATV Trail Conditions page. Trail 63 between Drummond and Grand View is now open.
