Bayfield County has been selected as one of the first communities in Wisconsin to participate in the Save to Give Challenge, sponsored by FOCUS ON ENERGY®, Wisconsin’s energy efficiency and renewable energy resource program. The program is offered in partnership with Xcel Energy.
SAVE ENERGY TO SUPPORT LOCAL NONPROFITS With Bayfield County’s Save to Give Challenge, Xcel Energy customers can take easy, energy-saving actions at home to save big. When participants record what they’re doing to save energy, FOCUS ON ENERGY® will give to a nonprofit on their behalf! Together, we can raise up to $12,000 for nonprofits this spring and up to $13,000 in the fall – just by conserving energy in our homes.
