How do I request reimbursement through the HRA?

There are a couple of ways to submit reimbursement requests.

  1. Access www.vantageflex.com , Log In, Select “Create Claim”, then Fax, mail or email receipts and supporting documents.
  2. Obtain a reimbursement form from the Vantage Flex Web Site or the Human Resources office. Once completed, fax, mail or email the completed form along with the receipts and supporting materials to Vantage Flex.
