March 1, 2017 - March 31, 2017, All Day @ Washburn Cultural Center
Chequamegon Bay Arts Council's Spring Community Art Show, co-sponsored by Farms Not Factories and Citizens Organized to Protect Lake Superior from CAFOs.
Water connects us...to Lake Superior, to the rivers and streams ending in the Lake, to the towns on the rivers...and on and on. Water holds us up. Water hydrates. Water irrigates. Water baptizes. Water cleanses. Clean water is essential.
As the snow & ice melts in the spring and movement begins again in the streams and on the Lakes- a new season begins- all that was dormant regrows, stretches out and reaches for the sun.
We invite you to discover "Spring Run Off" arts narratives, created by artists in our community.
