Hot Water Bath Canning Registration Deadline is Friday, Aug 25th. Pressure Canning 101 Registration Deadline is Friday, Sept 1st.

  3. 8th Annual WI Hazelnut Field Day

    2017 field day will feature a tour of the Spooner Hazelnut Production Trial. The trial is one of three in Wisconsin evaluating the production potential of hybrid hazelnuts. We'll start in the classroom with instructions on growing and processing hazelnuts and then tour the production trial. Bring your questions!
