Forage Councils have been around for many years in other parts of Wisconsin with the main purpose to help producers and users of hay and forage crops.
The informational meeting will be on Wednesday, February 13 from 5-6:30 PM at the Benoit Community Center in Benoit, WI.
The plan for the meeting on the 13th is to discuss a range of project ideas and see what is of most interest to producers. We’ll also discuss whether a Forage Council makes sense for our region and how it might operate.
