The Older Americans Act requires the creation of a plan every three years to outline goals in serving the older adults. This plan includes predefined categories as well as local priorities identified through public input. Learn about existing services and future goals; share your ideas as we plan for the future.

Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.
The Aging Mastery Program (AMP) empowers participants to embrace their gift of longevity by spending more time each day doing things that are good for themselves and for others. The program encourages mastery – developing sustainable behaviors across many dimensions that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhanced well-being, and increased societal participation. The ten-class series will be held over five weeks
